Choose the router you have to get started

  • Ensure that the router is plugged in to a functional outlet
  • Check all cables for damage like bite marks, sharp bends or crushed wires
  • Verify that the green power LED on the back of the router is on
  • Verify that the thick ethernet cable with the red boot is plugged into port 5
  • Verify that the red LED on the front of the router next to the '5' is on
  • If all the things above are good, please send us a message and we can check your connection from our end and find the problem.

  • Verify that an ethernet cable is plugged into the LAN port on the power injector and into any port on the Wi-Fi router

  • Verify that the thick ethernet cable with the red boot is plugged into the 'WAN 24v PoE out' port on the router
  • Verify that an ethernet cable is plugged into the POE port on the power injector and into any port on the '24v PoE In' port on the router
  • If all the things above are good, please send us a message and we can check your connection from our end and find the problem.
